Terrible service avoid. Order was placed on the 29th Nov for their complete care kit for my son birthday the following month. Received am order update email a week later advising an error on their stock system and part of the order was out of stock but the in stock items would be dispatched immediately with outstanding items to follow shortly, a week passed nothing received, now missed my sons birthday so hoping it would be in time for Christmas, a week and a half later get another email advising full order was now ready for shipping. 2 days later still no confirmation order had been shipped, no contact telephones numbers available to contact company, emailed company chasing order but never received a reply. Order did finally arrive 16th Dec, almost 3 weeks after placing order, received a very unprofessional email advising order had been dispatched, no apology just a smiley face!!!!. Rather disappointed with the way the care kit was packaged just all chucked in a jiffy bag, would have liked it to have been in some kind of presentation box. Overall very poor experience, would think twice about using again.
It's a nightmare to get delivery from this company. How did an awful business get dragons involved? Unbelievable!

I love my boot buddy and use it to clean my walking boots every day. One filling cleans my boots completely, no matter how much mud and sand I pick up on my daily walk over the fields and woods near my home. I bought one for my son for his birthday and he found it useful to give his boots a quick clean before putting them in the car.
I love it! My 3 year old loves jumping in puddles and the boot buddy cleans his wellies up nice and easily . It used to be a chore but it’s so easy now.

Boot buddy is brilliant! Quick delivery which was great and the product itself is so good! Cleans up my walking shoes in no time and leaves them spotless. Would fully recommend!

I find it easy to use and handy to leave it in the boot of the car and clean the boots before heading home!!

I wouldn’t be without my Boot Buddy. I use mine several times a week, it is quick, very effective and means I can have clean shoes in no time with the minimum of fuss.
This is the second boot buddy I have bought and would highly recommend to anyone who does any form of outside sport - so easy and convenient and can be kept in the boot of the car when out walking, football etc.
